I have been performing music around the Charleston/North Charleston/Summerville areas since I was 14 years old. I have had lots of fun experiences and met many amazing musicians and artists along the way, as well as some truly fun music-loving people. My music tastes are varied - less on the country side - more toward the rock side, but all points in between. I grew up listening to music with my parents and singing all over the place when anyone would listen.
In the meantime, I've discovered how much fun it is to play with a full band. Our band is called The Nine Lives - Spoda (vocals/lead guitar) KC Hazelwood (Drums) Jimmy Mac (Bass) and Cat Strickland (lead vocals/guitar) The set list is eclectic and fun and all over the place. Most of the songs we perform are very familiar and even take you back to some forgotten hits from decades ago. Most importantly, we have a great time performing together and I think it translates in our venues
