Shipping and Handling Policy
Orders will be processed Monday through Thursday, not including holidays. Orders received after the close of business Thursday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow up to 7-10 business days, plus actual shipping time to receive your gear.
Our apologies if our stated item/size availability isn’t correct. We try to stay on top of these things, but we’re bartenders, not warehouse people
Sorry, but we can’t offer backorders or rain checks if we’re out of your size or favorite thing. Many of our items are limited runs….ahem, I mean “collectors items”, ….and may never be available again.
Sales tax and Shipping & Handling charges will be calculated at the end of checkout, based on weight, packaging (some items need more rigid packing), and destination.
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS. Processing may be delayed if you require items shipped to a P.O. or APO box, or outside of U.S. and Canada.
Expedited shipping is available solely at our discretion.
Sorry, mail order (cash, money order, checks) will not be accepted. You’re more than welcome to visit us in person though!
